The services which may provide this information to us may include:

• Discord Servers
• Discord Apps
• Team Axxios websites
• Team Axxios Game Servers

We use this information to confirm your identity and to provide account-specific permissions and server whitelisting. If you wish to revoke any of this information, you will need to email webmaster@teamaxxios.com and immediately leave all related servers.

This deletion request will be honored for:

• IP Address
• Email Address

This deletion request will not remove:

• Usernames

Deletion will occur within 72 hours after your last connection to our services, servers, or platforms. Keep in mind that deletion will also prevent you from participating in our servers in the future. A record will be indicated with your username that all other information was requested for deletion.

How we handle your information:

• Your usernames are stored in the platform they are provided to us on.
• Steam usernames are stored on the website.
• Server connection information (username and IP address) is stored on the server host.
• All other information is stored on Discord.

We do not sell or distribute your IP Address or Email information outside of Team Axxios. However, your Steam, Discord, and other usernames may appear on public-facing widgets, server member lists, and on the servers themselves. We don't use your information for purposes other than maintaining safety and verification.

The shorter explanation is that we have Discord servers, and our website uses Steam to prove who you are. We then apply roles to Discord and servers by referencing the Steam login. This way, if you lose your Discord account, you just connect a new one to the website, and your roles will be returned in Discord and servers.

We keep your IP for login tracking on our servers to reference overall activity and to investigate griefing and/or cheating. We may add email login to our website in addition to Steam and thus would be collecting that as well.
